BloodHound Q50's autopsy report reveals the rapper was shot five times. On Monday (Oct. 19), the Chicago Sun-Times announced the Cook County Medical Examiner's findings. According to the report, the 22-year-old rapper, born Mikquale Cooper, was shot in his head, neck, back and left shoulder. Q50 had weed, a benzodiazepine and opioids in his system at the time of his passing, the report reveals. BloodHound Q50 was ambushed outside of a Chicago gas station in the early morning hours of Sept. 13. Six gunmen fired more than 50 shots at the rapper right after he walked out of the building and got into his white Tesla. According to the autopsy report, dozens of rifle and 9 mm casings were discovered at the scene. No arrests have been made. Police are investigating another Chicago-area gas station murder that took place on Sept. 25 for potential ties to Q50's killing.
