When I sat down to write this, I didn't think it would be the most challenging thing I've ever written. Yet, after multiple drafts and weeks of editing, I'm glad to say it's done. I hope you enjoy it.

I slept well for 7 days in a row, maybe the first time in a decade - and that's my win for 2025. The changes I made?
- No/low light at night
- No drink 1 hour before bed
- No coffee
- Blue light glasses
- Minimize screen time before bed.
Focus, Mood, Motivation, Mental Acuity ⬆️
Irritability, Anxiety ⬇️
Nothing revolutionary, but it works. Prioritize sleep today.
Sleeping well is my norm now. If I had to recommend two resources that had a biggest impact, it would be the book "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" and this podcast clip (or full episode) from @hubermanlab : youtube.com/watch?v=lIo9Fcrl…
Solid episode @Limitless_pod ft. Jermaine (@LearnGrowInvest) . A game-within-the-game type of episode with no shortage of smiles. One of my favourites for the year.
This is a nice discussion and I largely agree with this take. If Monique is talking about a pre-PMF tech company, I don't think they need the added burden of reporting quarterly in addition to that of finding their legs.
That micro market business…I’m not so sure it’s something any early-stage or small tech startup should be rushing towards. Especially those with
global ambitions.
My personal and perhaps insignificant opinion is that a public listing at that stage can do more to stifle you than anything else at a time when you should be rapidly running (sometimes seemingly random) experiments…without worrying about whether retail investors and the public will like the quarterly/short-term results of said experiments.
It might be tempting since there are next to no VCs providing pre-seed and seed funding locally…especially not for tech…but think hard and think long.
Good watch
