Why would hoardes of walkers on the @UltraChallenges London to Brighton need to nick whole toilet rolls from another sporting event’s portaloos 3km in? Don’t they pay a hefty entry fee to have every whim (or need!) met? And 3km in is so close to the start. Baffling.
Why has it been decided that for a @JohnLewisRetail Christmas ad to be “good” it needs to tug at heart strings. And does any of it actually drive sales? I guess the PR reminds us that John Lewis still exists?

Where have all the long term tide tables gone? I can’t find London Bridge (or similar) high tide times for more than 12 months out, and nor can AI. Last time I looked, I could get 5+ years out (hence haven’t done this for a while). Any suggestions?

Too old, tired and grumpy for change. Following a recent iOS update, all menu bars seem to have swapped top to bottom or vice versa depending on original placement. Is there anyway to just make them go back?

Note to self never to order from @RymanStationery again because they use @YodelOnline who are dire. Delivery should have been Tuesday. Postponed during the delivery window. Now….. anybody’s guess. Still waiting.
FWIW, I know @evrisupportline often get a bad press but our delivery man here is amazing. He even taps quietly after 7pm so the kids don’t get disturbed
