A1: A system to help adults be more accountable and intentional with reinforcing student, parent, and teacher behavior. Being intentional when praising students, staff, parents ensures that the positive behavior will happen again, and creates a culture of kindness. #pbischat

A2: We've built out a Classroom Praise Box activity: bit.ly/2TMNSDY. #pbischat

A3: We track the number of reinforcement tickets used by teacher, we have found that when we give teachers a minimum number to use every day, they tend to go above. We use this information to track number of tickets used and the correlation of behavior referrals. #pbischat

A4: We have found that free time with peers is a top reinforcer that doesn't cost money but is highly effective in improving student behavior. #pbischat
