For X'user ¡Muchísimas gracias, España! 🇪🇸 Some of you may have noticed that something was wrong during Spain’s show. That’s why I wanted to speak about what happened myself. And there is one thing I really don’t want anyone to misunderstand. First of all, this tour was only made possible because of the support of the agency, as well as so many local staff members and people involved behind the scenes. The time you have spent waiting for NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST to come to you has also been the time we have spent wanting to go and meet you. Bringing a band all the way from Japan to South America and then to Europe is never an easy thing. In just around ten days, so many things happened. We made incredible memories, but there were also some very difficult and painful moments. We never expected everything to go perfectly from the beginning. That’s why we prepared ourselves to deal with whatever problems might come our way. But at our final show in Spain, we faced problems that went far beyond what we had anticipated. The venue had not properly checked the equipment and setup information that we had been sending them for months. After we arrived, we had to explain everything one by one — where each piece of equipment needed to be connected, what it was for, and how everything was supposed to work. Of course, we had a soundcheck to do, and after that we also had preparations for the meet & greet. Time that should have been spent preparing for the show was instead spent dealing with these problems. Both we and the agency were honestly confused and frustrated. Because of this, we gradually became unable to follow the schedule we had planned. On top of that, the venue told us that all sound had to be completely stopped by 11:30 PM. Even though our scheduled time had already been cut short because of problems on their side, we were then given an additional restriction on our performance time. I was angry. As a result, we were unable to perform the setlist we had prepared specifically for Spain in the way we had planned. I was also told afterward that, during the show, someone from the venue had apparently kicked one of the members’ equipment. I honestly cannot understand why the venue would treat us this way or why they would attack us during our performance. For the first few songs, to be honest, my mind went completely blank. Despite making repeated attempts to improve the sound, it never got any better. The lighting staff did nothing. I kept thinking: “What can I do to make today the best day possible for everyone?” That was all I could think about. I wanted to get closer to you, so I asked for the barrier at the front to be removed. I wanted you to feel the “battle” that is a NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST live show as closely as possible. More than anything, I wanted you to go home with today as a great memory. It was our first time in Spain. And whether we are in Spain or anywhere else in the world, no matter how brutal the schedule is or how exhausted we are, we will never use that as an excuse to give anything less than everything we have on stage. So please, don’t misunderstand us. We have built a strong bond with the agency that has been walking this tour with us, and with all the staff who have been involved in making this tour happen. Without their support, we would never have been able to make it this far. So please, do not blame them or speak badly about them. Yesterday, I cannot simply say that we gave our absolute best. And that hurts more than anything. All of the members feel the same way. Spain. We will come back and make this right. So please, wait for us just a little longer. The frustration and pain we feel right now are something we absolutely have to release on this stage. We will come back to see you again. Thank you. We will always be with you.
