Your AI can be up, responsive, and error-free while still getting the task wrong.
AI reliability requires visibility beyond uptime, across your application, agents, models, and tools, all the way to the metric that matters most: task success.

Infrastructure keeps changing. Observability often doesn’t.
Stale dashboards, alerts, and SLOs can send teams in the wrong direction during an incident.
Here’s how to prevent observability drift with Terraform, GitOps, and Observability as Code: na2.hubs.ly/H07B8Mw0

Monitoring rot is real, and the worst time to discover it is during an incident.
Stale dashboards, forgotten alerts, and outdated thresholds can send responders in the wrong direction when minutes matter.

“Immense cost savings you see on day zero.”
na2.hubs.ly/H07xzq00 moved to OpenObserve after evaluating multiple observability options. The result: lower costs, easy migration, and unified observability across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes.

2/ Also new: manage observability with Terraform/OpenTofu and export existing alerts & SLOs as code. Grouped alerts now track each group independently, so each can fire and recover on its own.

1/ 🚀 SLOs are now live in OpenObserve, alongside OpenObserve as Code & grouped alerts.
A 99.9% target over 30 days = ~43 minutes of allowed failure. Alert on burn rate so brief blips stay quiet while sustained degradation gets attention.
We just released a benchmark of OpenObserve vs Prometheus and Grafana Mimir.
OpenObserve consistently outperforms Prometheus and Mimir by 5x-15x on various queries. This test was done on very high cardinality dataset that pushes the systems to their limits.

The bloom filter trick that turned 170 object-storage reads into one (2,584ms → 89ms)
A trace_id lookup was opening 170 index files.
One storage-layout change turned 170 reads into a single range request.
The twist: UUIDv4 became 29× faster, while UUIDv7 got slower.
