Watched pretty boy anime, went into a State, woke up with this Garak art done
ALT Pencil drawing of Elim Garak sitting in a birdcage whose bars are made of Edosian orchid stems and have Cardassian roses crawling up it. He's looking to the side and up and frowning slightly. He's wearing a lower cut tunic belted at the waist, revealing his chula/collarbone that has layered sleeves, slightly flared pants, and low heeled boots.
