Pendant plus de vingt ans, son Basic a permis aux étudiants, puis aux grands curieux, de créer de petits logiciels. Le professeur de mathématiques américain est mort à l’âge de 96 ans.

A must-have stop during #PAG31 , the @nanopore session… Great updates already available, and even more amaizing stuff coming this year ! Higher accuracy in complex regions, higher output, and a new enzyme to come… all will be very useful in plants 🪴

A new option in the last MinKnow update... Run until the Flow cell is end of life... Of course, it was too tempting to not use it 😅 2 days later, the flow cell is still running 💪(still far from our usual 140 hours runs)... Let's see how and when it ends 🤔

Just a week ago, we had an amaizing time at the Kick-Off meeting of the MineLandDiv project ! A new project highlighting the potential of landraces from all around the world in adapting🌽 to current biotic and abiotic changes ! We'll use 🧬#tGBS to genotype and haplotype them 💪
