I just bought a domain for my next project.
Introducing Outship 🚀 → outship.in
I'm building a tool to help SaaS founders launch and distribute their products across relevant directories without spending hours doing it manually.
No fancy launch yet. No users yet. Just an idea, a domain, and a lot of building ahead.
I'll be building this in public, sharing everything along the way from writing the first line of code to getting my first paying user, the wins, the failures, and everything in between.
Let's see how far I can take this.
Day 0. Let's ship. 🔥

Gold advice 😍
point 10 and 11 are must to follow
Attention, Gen Z:
I’m surrounded by guys and gals from your generation who are feeling lost in life and falling for psyops. Many of them are failing in a world of AI. The traditional career paths are making it worse.
Step 1: Do the opposite of 99% of society. The average person is fat, sick, broke, and addicted to politics. Be selective about whose advice you take.
Step 2: Take a mediocre opportunity and make it a good one, rather than expecting it to be good on day one.
Step 3: Eat smashed avocado on toast if ya want. Enjoy life.
Step 4: Have more patience. Do hard work. Stick at something for a year or more.
Step 5: Learn how to invest money. Owning assets is how you get wealthy, not selling your time. And stop buying cars you don’t need.
Step 6: Use social media to help you get inbound opportunities instead of waiting for them.
Step 7: Writing is thinking. Do yours in public so people can see your ideas.
Step 8: Do work that uses your creativity and imagination, or you’ll become bored as hell and your work will be easy to replace as AI gets better.
Step 9: Start with a one-person business instead of a job. A job will underpay you and make you susceptible to endless rounds of layoffs.
Step 10: Get your health right. Eat good food. Exercise for high energy. The person with the highest energy wins in life. Vaping and alcohol are how you destroy your energy.
Step 11: Get around high performers. People building stuff and making the world better. Not pessimists who want to burn the world down in favour of some social justice grievance.
Step 12: Remember: equality doesn’t exist. You’re judged by your work and your merit, and that matters more than anything.
Step 13: Dare to have kids one day. Humans will become extinct if enough people don’t.
Life is complete when you do hard things and see what you’re capable of. That’s what happiness feels like but it’s counterintuitive.

I am genuinely stunned that hardly anyone has shown any intent to protest against the flawed reservation system or even raise their voice against it.
Unfortunately, there’s no funding for such causes.
I am all for reservation based on financial need, to help people uplift themselves. But reservation for people living in bungalows? 🤦🏼♂️
a founder shouldn't have a political opinion unless you can bear the consequences
prove me wrong! 👀
Dear Prime Minister Ambani,
Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
Thank you 🙏
so they will reverify every non startup in claude startup program🤨
We didn’t anticipate the demand for the Claude Startups program. In the first 48 hours of the program, we received 21x the number of applications compared to the last 5 months it’s been live.
We let way too many people in this time, so we’ll need to pause on giving out the Team plan and API credits benefits. The other benefits (Startup Stack, Applied AI office hours/events) will remain. If you’ve already claimed the Claude offers, they’ll still remain in your account.
We didn’t properly tune the acceptance criteria at the start, and many non-startups were accepted this time around. We’re fixing this now. We’re sending an email now to everybody who hasn’t claimed their benefits yet, and will re-verify those applications so we can keep Claude Startups for startups 🙏

This is one of the reasons I started building Outship.
After going through thousands of directories, I realized the hard part isn't finding more places to launch.
It's figuring out which ones are actually worth your time🚀
#buildinpublic
I've been studying 1,000+ directories while building Outship.
And one thing became obvious,
Most aren't worth your time.
Some are irrelevant
Some are basically dead
Some have traffic, but none of your potential users
A directory with 100K visitors and 0 potential customers can be worse than a 20K-visitor directory where your exact audience hangs out
The goal isn't to launch everywhere
It's to find the right places to launch.
That's what I'm building with Outship 🚀
I've been building Outship quietly for the past few days.
The goal is simple:
You give it your SaaS.
Outship figures out where you should launch it.
I'm putting the first version in front of founders very soon.
If you've launched a SaaS before, I'd love to hear what part of distribution was the biggest pain for you.
I researched 1,000+ launch directories for Outship.
The biggest thing I learned:
More directories ≠ better distribution.
A curated list of relevant directories is probably much more useful than blasting your product everywhere.
That's one of the things I'm building Outship around.
Flipkart: “All of India is shopping right now! 🇮🇳”
Also Flipkart: cannot handle all of India shopping at 12:00am 💀
Outship 🚀
The foundation is coming together.
→ Landing page V1 ✅
→ Product analysis engine ✅
→ 1,000+ launch directories researched (we'll shortlist only the most relevant ones)
→ Directory categories + SEO data defined
→ Supabase PostgreSQL + Drizzle setup underway
→ Next: building the directory database + recommendation engine
The goal: turn launching a SaaS into a much simpler process.
Getting closer. ⚡
I just bought a domain for my next project.
