You don’t have to go through struggles alone. That’s why there are support groups, Facebook groups, faith based groups, apps like @hihuddle & therapists. Reach out if you can. 😉 #thefocusonyou
Never met such a great community before. @hihuddle is an amazing support app, free to everyone. Already have a few friends on it.

@hihuddle is a truly amazing app where you can decide how anonymous you wish to be. You can talk about anything from body positivity to self love to mental health. You can help others on the app too. Couldn’t recommend it higher! ❤️

I’ve been using huddle as a way of venting. Sometimes it helps just to get the negatives out of my chest. Other times there are awesome people who respond back with great advice. Huddle is good for me, as there are people out there who’ll listen. @hihuddle #huddle

What a genius idea! Those who feel they don’t have anyone to talk to about issues like mental health or bullying etc may benefit greatly from this. Great work ⁦@hihuddle⁩ itunes.apple.com/gb/app/hudd…

Wonderful milestone for @hihuddle. Awarded @AppStore App Of The Day. The web needs more safe spaces for people to express themselves and get support.

There’s an app that provides video support chats where you can pixelate your profile if you choose. Topics like eating disorders, bipolar disorder, grief, immigration issues, chronic pain, etc. Check them out @hihuddle #CluelessLiving
