🧵 I’m a former pro athlete gone coach. More importantly, I’m a mentor to future generations.
Many young athletes come to me wanting to be:
☑️stronger
☑️ faster
☑️ more agile.
I tell them these goals are achievable at a surface level, even with minimal improvements.
However, to truly unlock their potential, we must foster confidence and self-belief.
Take, for example, a young athlete who comes from a challenging background and has immense potential to be an outstanding athlete. However, this client tends to self-sabotage by doubting their abilities and not giving their best effort during training sessions.
To work with someone like this, my approach would involve:
Really like what Jimmy Horn Jr is doing here. Coaches don’t like robots, our job is to make the DB feel uncomfortable. They already respect him because of his speed, adding the extra creativity on the route helps create even more separation.
We can’t be mad about college players getting paid and coaches are getting $50M payouts for not being good at their job 😂

Hey @SleeperHQ I don’t think this is Josh Allen 😂
Hey @SleeperHQ imagine if @KingJames was actually on the rams ? 😳
They’re custom cleats and most likely brand new, sometimes new cleats give you blisters. This is 100% normal 😂
