No they’re not!! There’s so much wrong here: fancy tampering w/the TRNC flag, & of days, to do it on Turkish Remembrance Day for fallen soldiers!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The St George’s Cross is a symbol of the crusades when Christian Europeans fought vs Muslims, incl the Seljuk Turks in Jerusalem!

The British Turkish Cypriot is represented by the Union Jack as well as the TRNC flag! It shows unity between both cultures. This flag does not do that at all and is decisive more than anything else!!
