Today I met a 17 year old guy at corgi cafe hustling and starting his own startup instead of going to college. He has applied to YC though got rejected once but that guy had sheer grit and determination. Reminded me of when we were 18 and started BugBase. I felt old.

Don’t ask instinct where can I find ‘x’ near me It might just send you to some random store 2 miles away from you. There was a cookware store right next to my place like 0.2miles away but it wanted me to go to some supermarket 2 miles away. Clearly it does web search and checks for just the live inventory forgetting to check for locations closet to you. The shop I got my meal prep boxes from literally had cookware word in their name. Issue here is right data not being provided to the LLMs they might be using….

I don't know why people hate on sugar but today i drank my coffee without sugar and some low fat milk. I must say it tastes horrible. I would rather take a spoonful of sugar and go run a mile to burn those extra calories.
