ok this is kind of insane. VINCO is reportedly millions of times smaller than the big LLMs, and it still beats them at Catan. makes me think the future is a bunch of small AIs that are each really good at one thing. worth trying to beat it yourself:

We're excited to unveil VINCO, our frontier AI model trained to play and win 1v1 Catan. We've secretly deployed it on the Colonist.io global leaderboard, where it has reached both the #1 and #2 positions, consistently beating every human world champion.

You don’t need a $300 course to learn a new skill (honestly). You need one free NotebookLM notebook and 20 minutes a day. Here is exactly how: ☑ 1. Create one notebook for one skill you want. ☑ 2. Use Fast or Deep Research to pull in sources. ☑ 3. Open configure chat and pick learning guide. ☑ 4. Ask for a 30-day plan, one 20-min task a day. ☑ 5. Take a quiz every Sunday without your notes. ☑ 6. Get all the prompts here: ai-in-public.guide REPOST ♻️ to help someone in your network. P.S. I built my second brain using NotebookLM and Obsidian, and now everything I save from the internet is actually useful. xitter.cf/humzaakhalid/status/21…

POV: You just hired a content creator who never runs out of looks. 😂 I've been playing around with the Influencer feature from @itsPolloAI, and it's surprisingly fun. You can create your own virtual influencer from scratch, customize their appearance, change outfits, experiment with different styles, and turn your ideas into fresh content. And the best part? Your AI character stays consistent across different creations. Basically, your own virtual creator without the photoshoots, outfit changes, or camera setup. Create yours 👉 pollo.ai/ai-influencer?utm_s… #PolloAI @itsPolloAI

The fastest way to understand an unfamiliar codebase: Don’t start with the app. Start with its boundaries. 🚪 Routes → What can enter the system 🪪 Middleware → What gets blocked or transformed 📦 Jobs → What happens outside the request 🔌 Integrations → What can fail somewhere else 🗄️ Migrations → What the data was allowed to become 📣 Events → What causes invisible side effects ⚙️ Config → What changes between environments 🧯 Error reporting → What has already gone wrong 📈 Dashboards → What users actually experience 🧾 Git history → Why the weird parts exist Code tells you how a system works. Boundaries tell you where it can break.

Building an AI agent is the fun part. Getting it to work inside Gmail, Slack, and Salesforce is where most projects quietly die. OAuth. Token refresh. Rate limits. A connection that breaks at 2am for no reason. Someone just open-sourced that whole layer. Here's what's inside: 👇 ━━━━━━━━━━ An agent that can't touch your tools is just a chatbot with ambition. Every app it needs has its own login flow, its own limits, and its own creative ways of breaking. So teams spend weeks on plumbing instead of the agent. @NangoHQ fixes that with one repo, one auth flow, and one way to turn any API into a tool your agent can use. ━━━━━━━━━━ What you get: 1/ 10,000+ tools you can customize, including for APIs with no official MCP server. 2/ Pre-approved OAuth apps for 75+ APIs, ready for production. No approval wait. 3/ CASA-verified apps for Gmail, Drive, and Calendar. If you've faced Google's security review, you know how big this is. 4/ Credentials stay out of the model's context. The agent uses the connection without ever seeing the keys. 5/ Sessions locked to specific users and tools, so one user's agent can't wander into another user's data. ━━━━━━━━━━ Why open source matters: Composio, Merge, and Pipedream do a similar job. But with Nango, the core is open and the integration code is yours. Something breaks? You can see why. Need a change? You make it. ━━━━━━━━━━ 13.1K stars, 1,500 forks, and running in production at ServiceNow, Replit, and Ramp. Building an agent that needs to do real work? Star the repo and try the quickstart. Here's the repo: github.com/NangoHQ/nango Star it if you're building agents, then start with the quickstart in the README.

Tencent's new Hy4 got so many users on day one that lots of people used up their free credits the same day. So Tencent just made room for 10x more users. I tried it in WorkBuddy. Here's what it can do and why people are rushing to it 👇

Not another Black Friday teaser that just puts the sale announcement on screen. I like the idea of having the flyer fly out of a stack of papers first, then bringing in the campaign message as the visual settles. The challenge is making the seasonal promotion stand out without spending ages creating every graphic from scratch. Black Friday Stickers, Effects & Text Templates in CapCut PC give me ready-made promotional visuals to help bring that Black Friday feel into the video. A little more movement, a little more personality. Curious what you'd create with these? Take a look: tinyurl.com/2v23rn22 #capcutpc #capcutmarketing #capcutblackfriday #CapCutDidThat

THIS IS INSANE. I stopped treating the product like a prop and turned it into the target of a spy mission. With CapCut PC, I built a product ad where the agent tracks it, hunts it, and finally gets it, using AI Extend, effects, transitions, and AI Edit to make the whole sequence feel like one mini action film. Watch how it came together: tinyurl.com/2v23rn22 Here’s the breakdown 🧵

What if your devices, apps and agents knew what you wanted? You finish breakfast, and your Uber is booked. Running late, your agent sends a “Running late” text. You reach home, and your lights turn on. AI is proactive now. But it still needs your yes. It waits, for you to unlock your phone, open an app and tap approve. Every time, hundreds of times a day. AI needs its own interface. Aina is a ring with a screen that predicts and shows you the three things you’ll need next. One flick of your thumb, and it’s done. For everything. ✦ Cues: proactive suggestions, ready before you need them ✦ Voice: talk to your agents, take notes, dictate ✦ Remote: control your music, Mac and TV ✦ Calls: right from your hand Pre-orders open now aina.com

My AI presenter is showing the product in this UGC ad, and I’ve parked the captions directly over the demonstration. You can read everything. You can barely see what’s happening. Nice work, me. I ask Edit Pilot in CapCut PC to use Reduce Noise and Enhance Voice on the hissy narration, then AI Edit to remove a box distracting from the product. Then I check the Auto Captions, fix the wording, and move the shorter lines away from the hands. I watch it on mute, too, to make sure the demo still makes sense. Try that caption check on your next CapCut PC product ad. tinyurl.com/2v23rn22 #capcutpc #capcutmarketing #capcutblackfriday #CapCutDidThat

the most interesting part of ACO is the “why weren’t we chosen?” panel. instead of guessing why an AI agent picked your competitor, you see the reason and fix it. access is limited to 100 brands: agentconversion.ai
Today, we're introducing Agent Conversion Optimization → agentconversion.ai Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot already process $10B+ a year in GMV via agentic commerce. No GEO tool today tracks who they recommend. So we built it. Each agent behaves very differently from typical LLMs, so we track them separately, then Helena deploys the fixes. 1/ Daily tracking of who Muse, Instinct, Dots recommend, and why 2/ Share of recommendations vs your competitors 3/ Agent path to check out audit 4/ Fixes deployed by Helena to improve your discoverability This is hard to do reliably with little bias given how these agents behave, so we're starting with only 100 initial customers. HOLY SHIT, I gave Hy4 one prompt and it built an entire 3D cyberpunk racing game. 🤯 And I don't mean a static 3D scene or some fancy-looking mockup. I mean an actual playable game with: 🏎️ A futuristic 3D car with working controls 🌆 A neon-lit cyberpunk city and highway 🚗 Incoming traffic, obstacles, and collision detection ⚡ Speed boosts, coins, and increasing difficulty 🎮 Scoring, pause, game-over, and restart systems I asked it to build the whole experience, and it turned that prompt into a playable browser game. The ability to go from an idea to something you can actually interact with is seriously exciting. AI agents are entering a whole new territory. @TencentHunyuan @TencentAI_News @WorkBuddy_AI

Tools I’d trust for a production web app ☁️ Hosting → Sevalla 🌐 DNS + Security → Cloudflare 🗄️ Database → PostgreSQL ⚡ Cache → Redis 🔐 Authentication → Clerk 📦 File storage → Cloudflare R2 📨 Transactional email → Resend 🐞 Error tracking → Sentry 📈 Analytics → Plausible 🔔 Uptime alerts → Better Stack Nothing exotic. Just a stack that lets you focus on the product instead of babysitting infrastructure.

AI influencers are getting out of hand. 😂 I just tried the Influencer feature from @itsPolloAI, and you can literally create your own AI influencer. Give your character a unique look, experiment with different outfits and styles, and turn them into content for your social media. But here's what I find most interesting: you can reuse the same character across different creations without starting from scratch every time. Imagine having your own virtual creator that you can bring to life in endless ways. Try it yourself 👉 pollo.ai/ai-influencer?utm_s… #PolloAI

AI video generation is moving beyond just creating clips. The next challenge? Making videos respond to you while they're being generated. StreamEval is an open-source benchmark designed to test exactly that. Instead of focusing only on video quality, it evaluates whether AI models can handle real-time interactions across three categories spanning five tasks: → Avatar Interaction: Handle conversations and follow movement commands as a session unfolds. → World Generation: Change environments, camera views or actions based on incoming instructions. → Real-Time Video Editing: Modify specific elements in a video while preserving unaffected content. What makes this particularly interesting is that StreamEval allows AI developers to evaluate their models using publicly available code and datasets, with support for submitting models through API endpoints. This could become an important benchmark for understanding how close we are to truly interactive AI video systems. Curious to see which models perform best, especially when it comes to precise real-time editing. Paper, GitHub, and datasets in the comments 👇 #StreamEval #AI #VideoGeneration #StreamEvalBenchmark

ChatGPT can now make GIFs. Type an idea or upload a photo, and it turns it into a looping animation. You can even slow it down or fix single frames. It is rolling out now with OpenAI's new Images 2.6 model.
