Aguila Entertainment CEO Kat Aguila recalls how Jennylyn Mercado drove herself to the hospital while already in labor with her first child, Alex Jazz: "Kahit tumatama na ang tiyan niya sa manibela, she still drove herself. Lahat kami nagulat na nanganak na siya. She never wanted anyone to feel that she was a burden. There are still so many stories that people don’t know, stories that have never made it into the headlines, never been shared publicly, and perhaps never will. She would carry things quietly, figure things out on her own, and somehow find the strength to keep going without asking anyone to carry the weight for her. There was so much more to her than what people saw." (via @radarph_media)
