interesting how much focus there was on winning young men in 2024, but when abdul el-sayed is the senate candidate who performed best with men aged 18-29 of all races, suddenly crickets

The tragedy of Tuesday is that, owing to President Trump’s second-term descent, a generation of conservative state reform is in peril and young political leaders are out of office. on.wsj.com/4AhZ4M9

Let’s take it even further!! I’m proposing what I am calling “Individual Voters” where each voter is their own member of the electoral college.
This is exactly why we need a state level electoral college system. No more having a couple largely populated areas overrun small communities with zero voice. The issues we faced when creating the Const with states disparities, we are now seeing internally at a state level.

Fascinating organizing tactic by the @scott_colom field campaign to stop knocking doors and start organizing workers who weren't being reached through traditional methods Kinda reminds me of Bernie with the meatpackers in Iowa

My favorite example of what a crazy sweep it was. A R+15 district that Moore gerrymandered for himself. He spent $2.1m to her $60k. In the middle of the election, she got charged with a felony — not returning a rental car in 2020, when she says she was homeless. Still won.
🚨BREAKING🚨 Democrat Lakesha Womack has defeated Incumbent Republican Tim Moore in the NC-14 U.S. House Election. This is a flip from 🔴 to 🔵.

Roy Cooper received 1,728,410 votes from early voting. Michael Whatley received 1,643,088 votes in total. Sen. Elect Roy Cooper would have won this race even if he received ZERO votes on Election Day! Outrageous stuff.

If she loses to Scott Colom, Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith will have helped set her own defeat in motion. He'd likely be a federal judge right now—not her opponent—if not for the fact that she blocked Biden's nomination of him over his support for trans rights. mississippifreepress.org/sen…

If you’re a new Democratic US Representative or Senator you have an immediate job: Get your constituent services up and running. There are a ton of you in deep red territory and that’s the only way to survive 2028. You entrench yourself as deep into your community as possible

Semafor: Annie Andrews knew she was winning in October — but kept the poll secret On Oct. 5, the Andrews campaign received a poll showing her with a 3-point lead over Graham. But the Democrat’s campaign decided against publicly releasing the poll — or any subsequent internal poll — showing Andrews with a lead over Graham, wary of drawing too much attention from national Republicans and jeopardizing a peak at the right time, according to Chas Goldman, a strategist for Andrews. semafor.com/article/11/04/20…
