Public education and stronger policy enforcement could improve animal welfare in Ghana, according to research presented in Warsaw, Poland, by Ebenezer Effah, a recent Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (KNUST).
Presented at the 51st World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) Congress, the study highlighted the need to integrate animal welfare into animal health and production practices. It also pointed to potential public health benefits, including reducing the risk of diseases transmitted between animals and humans through improved animal husbandry.

Broooooo. This life is short. No need to waste energy on stressful things. So, I laugh a lot and it helps.
Jordan Ayew will start at Black Stars if Haaland played here 😭

Along the way somebody was gracious enough to take a chance on you because you had the right attitude even if you didn't have the skills to match. It's only right you extend the same grace to someone else.

as I always argue, if you have a high level of intelligence, your brain will lack the features of victimhood. your brain will pity everyone else but yourself. this is because, a largely intelligent brain sees being a winner and a victim as mutually exclusive. your brain can not identify you as two separate person, it's either it sees you as a strong person or as a weak person. but never as both..any one who will understand, truly, what life is, must be comfortable with the mental sorrow that comes with it. this is the point of my disagreement with many people that seek external happiness.

Visibility without competence is a loan you'll eventually have to repay with interest. Build the skill first; let it earn the spotlight.
Don't let @jeffwellz see this please 😭😂
A U.S. Army Private First Class, Shamika Burrage, was involved in a car accident in 2016 which resulted in her left ear being torn off.
Surgeons at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, performed an advanced reconstructive procedure instead of leaving her disfigured.
They took cartilage from her ribs and shaped it into a new ear, which was then surgically placed and grown beneath the skin of her forearm for several months.
This technique allowed the ear to develop its own blood vessels, nerves, and soft tissue.
Once the ear was fully grown and viable, it was successfully transplanted back onto her head, restoring both its appearance and sensation.
