If your company refers to engineers as the IT department, you have nothing to worry about. You were already breached last week.

I basically haven't touched either regular ChatGPT or Codex ever since Dot was released. It's just my 1 stop shop for literally everything chat, work, or codex related and if I need to check in on any threads it spun up I can do it right from the Dot interface.
This workflow is so much better, and knowing that they'll be continuing to make even more improvements is extremely encouraging.
Not a fan of the fake phone call experience though - just call it a voice chat, give us the transcript, and don't try to be cute with it.
Concerts fake-ending and waiting for everyone to cheer and yell encore is my last favorite tradition

These are the golden years:
1. Exhausted after the kids are down
2. Walking with my son after practice
3. Playing Barbies with the girls
4. The endless questions
5. The “I love you” out of nowhere
6. Little feet running through the house
7. The funny prayers
8. The dance recitals
9. Toys everywhere on the floor
10. The giggles
11. The 47 bedtime requests
12. Little socks everywhere
One day, I bet we’ll wish we could have just one more day like this.

Today, we're releasing Fable 5.1 and Mythos 5.1. While the model is getting slightly better at a lot of things, I expect many users to appreciate that Fable 5.1 solves agentic coding tasks at roughly half the cost of Fable 5.
I personally also really like it's writing style, which imho sounds a lot more natural then our previous models did.
Some other personal highlights below!

This is how I work now. Actually it's how almost everyone at @every works. Every workstream has an ongoing thread in Codex. I never make one off chats and I never worry about compaction.
There's SO MANY THINGS OpenAI can do to make this better. A few ideas:
1. Folders. Let me group chats together
2. Emoji selector. It's a design bummer but it's visually so much more appealing and easier to find pinned threads
3. Remove the chat bubble icon ya'll just launched. Nothing in the UI should be repetitive like that IMO.
4. Enable me to fork convos much more easily. Those should be worktrees that live inside of each chat like a folder would work.
5. SHARED CHATS with easily forked convos that all have the same context. Killer feature and makes Codex multiplayer.
6. Make HQ a feature. It's my ongoing to-do list but it's just not built for chat. I need a kanban board or something that i can kickoff codex sessions from.

Viciada em ver e rever filmes e séries dos anos 90! Estou nostálgica com a textura da vida. As pessoas têm poros, dentes diferentes, cabelo zoado, corpo normal. Casas que parecem casas. Coisas que não parecem montadas para uma foto.
As pessoas simplesmente existem!

Broke my own rule yesterday: child comes into my office and says, "Daddy, do you wanna see a card trick?" And I said "No, sorry, busy." Child walks outta the room and closes the door 😭 What a freaking dumbass I was. Later, when we were all together in the evening, same child asked if they could show me the magic trick then, to which I of course said yes and apologised for not giving them the time earlier. But man, even after all these years, I still have to remind myself that work (and whatever else feels “urgent”) will still be there in five minutes. The spontaneous “Daddy, wanna see a card trick?” moments won’t.

I've now added Wispr, Notion, Granola, Fireflies, Zoom, Gemini, Cluely, Otter, Fathom, Read AI, and Wingrep to every meeting.
Each produces slightly different meeting notes.
I send all of them to Claude and ChatGPT, which push the summaries into Slackbot and Salesforce AI. Linear agents automatically create tickets while Notion agents create follow-ups in Notion. A Zapier workflow then uses 500k tokens to draft a follow up email in Superhuman.
None of it works and all of it is wrong but man, is it beautiful.
AGI is here.
Please stop combining Delivery & Shipping @walmarthelp. I now have no way to filter products by shipped (free for me on W+) versus delivered from the store for a fee/tip ask. (I can only choose Pickup or Delivery here.) This has been driving me bonkers.
