Today I sit down with Ross Perot Jr., Chairman of Hillwood and The Perot Group. Ross founded Hillwood in 1988 and built Alliance Texas, his masterpiece, a 1 of 1 27,000-acre development.
We discuss:
• Why Trammell Crow told him to just build warehouses
• How Hillwood developed Alliance Texas
• How a rare earth company got its air permit in three weeks
• How President Bush helped close Scotiabank's move to Texas
• What the 1992 campaign looked like from inside the family
• The Iran War and why cheap oil prices are on the way
• Why every community should want a data center
• How to keep China from taking Taiwan
• Why he expects markets to boom after the midterms

AI training data is stacked with academic papers and thin on people who learned by doing or got screened out of the formal gates.
Here’s a concrete way to fix the imbalance: a structured Lived Experience & Practical Observation Corpus that captures practical patterns, workarounds, and system knowledge from autodidacts, trades, and people on assistance.

These 3 college kids landed a $15,000 a month AI client in a few months.
How they started:
- They texted people they already knew
- Offered an AI assessment
- Helped one bigger construction company see what to automate
The playbook:
1. Charge for an AI assessment. They got $1,000.
2. Interview the employees. Ask what takes their time.
3. Feed the interviews and files into Claude.
4. Build a quick demo of the one task they hate most.
5. Show them it takes 5 minutes instead of an hour.
6. Offer a monthly retainer to run it.
That's it.
Guys... You dont need a a computer science degree for this stuff

An American child born in 2027 will receive:
1). $1,000 from Trump.
2). $250 from Dells.
3). 1 $SPCX share (currently worth $150).
A newborn baby in America will receive a total of $1,400 from birth.
$1,400 compounded at a 10% APY for 20 years will grow to $9,400 by age 20.

🇺🇸 SpaceX is getting ready to attempt something absolutely INSANE: REFUELING TWO STARSHIPS IN ORBIT.
The company is targeting the first half of 2027, potentially as early as FEBRUARY, for its first orbital docking and refueling demonstration.
Two massive spacecraft will have to meet in space, dock, and transfer super-cold rocket propellant between them.
This is one of the BIGGEST technological hurdles standing between humanity and a return to the Moon, with enormous implications for future missions to Mars.
If SpaceX pulls this off, it could fundamentally change how humanity travels through space.

Since I posted about using Grok Bot to buy things with my credit card, so many people have been asking whether it’s actually safe
What’s actually strange to me is that for decades, people have been handing their credit cards to complete strangers at restaurants. Someone takes your card, walks away with it, swipes it through a machine, processes your payment, and brings it back
And most people don’t even think twice about it
We live in a digital world where software already handles enormous amounts of financial transactions every single day
Tbh these days is actually more safer to let AI/SI do the shopping for you then you doing the shopping for you
with AI/SI agents, you can sandbox them, give them limited permissions, and have them ask for your approval before making important decisions…. These days the latest models are really good at understanding the real world and they’re extremely cautious about the things that they do for you
From what I’ve personally experienced with Grok Bot, it’s actually extraordinary how cautious it is when handling these tasks
If something is expensive or really needs your attention, it simply pauses for a moment and asks you what you want to do. It gives you a few simple options, you choose what you want, and the final decision is still yours where you have to make
And all of this happens without you having to go through the entire hassle of shopping yourself
I’ve personally watched how carefully Grok Bot handles these things, and I’m really impressed by it
Even Elon said that if Grok Bot makes a mistake with your purchase, they’ll make you whole
That tells you how much confidence the team has in what they have built…. and it is really amazing. I just run out of limits every single week because I’ve been using it so much
The interesting part is
Grok Bot actually does a better job shopping than you in many situations
Think about how often you open shopping website to buy something, see some random banner or attractive advertisement, and suddenly you’re looking at three other things you never even needed 😂
This happens all the time with online shopping
These websites are absolutely filled with advertisements designed to grab your attention and get you to buy more things
But Grok Bot can actually research what you need, compare products, find better deals, and save you a lot of money instead of getting you distracted in that entire mess of advertising
And the amount of time it saves is actually just ridiculous
You don’t have to spend hours browsing different websites, comparing prices, going through endless product listings, filling out forms, and handling every single step of the purchase
You just tell your Grok Bot what you want, and it handles so much of the work for you. And whenever something actually needs your attention, it simply asks
It gets so much easier, and once you start using these Grok Bot for everyday tasks, you really begin to understand how incredibly useful it really is

This is way better than creating a foundation that is captured by the left after you die.
Elon is giving every American child a piece of ownership in the future of the US space and satellite industry. Brilliant.

Elon Musk is set to give away $10 billion to American citizens next year. I believe this is not only SUPER generous….it's also a genius way to expose the left, and this is why!
Elon could cure cancer and they still would be mad!

Replying to @altcap @TrumpAccounts
This is fantastic.
Do we know what the eligibility criteria is?
I remember Gwynne Shotwell’s gift criteria of SpaceX shares being very specific.
😇

Elon is a beast donating over a share of SpaceX to every child born next year. No middle man, non-profit or NGO is able to take a cut.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Elon Musk is giving $10 BILLION DOLLARS in SpaceX shares to America's children, directly, ON HIS OWN
This is the DEFINITION of a patriot! 🇺🇸
Elon's critics will STILL take the money for their kids! 🤣
"The move is designed to give young people a direct financial interest in the future of space exploration and technology."
With roughly 72 million kids in America and SpaceX shares at about $146, that's around $10.5 BILLION
And he says it's only the FIRST of many.
While Democrats call him a villain, Elon is handing ownership in America's greatest company to every child in the country!

🚨 NOW: The math of Elon Musk's STUNNING pledge to America's children is incredible
- SpaceX stock to EVERY CHILD IN AMERICA
- 72 million children under 18
- SpaceX cost: $146.03 each
- Elon's contribution: $10.7 BILLION VALUE
👏🏻👏🏻
They have Bernie Sanders who wants to STEAL from the world's creators, and George Soros who uses his money to DESTROY western civilization
Our guy does the complete and total opposite.
And these come out of his OWN shares. SpaceX isn't printing new stock for this, it's Elon personally giving it away
He owns about 6.4 billion SpaceX shares, almost half the company, so 72 million kids is just the start
