No woman fully loves a man she has not slept with. Until you have sex with her, you are just like any other guy in her eyes. She may like you, but she is unlikely to be deeply attached to you or see you as someone she has a serious emotional connection with. When you meet a woman and she tells you she wants you two to start dating but does not want to have sex, she may simply be trying to play it safe because she does not want to get emotionally invested too quickly. If such a relationship ends without you ever having sex, she may not feel it as deeply because, in her mind, the relationship never became that serious. At any point when she talks about her exes, she may not even count you among them. For some women, a relationship starts to feel truly serious once sex becomes part of it. You may notice a new level of seriousness and commitment afterward. This is why I strongly recommend having sex with any woman you genuinely want to have something serious with early enough, so she does not use sex to play the long game with you.
