Itโs been a terrible day. ๐ Kenan has had a high fever and difficulty breathing since morning, then developed a rash all over his body. I rushed him to the ER, where he received a nebulizer treatment and allergy medication. Thankfully, heโs feeling a little better now. ๐ญโค๏ธ
