4 times per week I host online meetup of a Lazy Language Club. Anyone can join, as currently we are performing based on donations.

vibecoding is amazing because it allows you to churn out ten side project with zero users per year instead of only two

My workflow has shifted. Figma is effectively my scratch pad for loose and early exploration as well as tricky specific ui problem solving.
Ultimately everything ends up as a coded prototype and is the source of truth for the end-to-end experience.

My workflow changed a lot in the last 6 months. I don’t just generate UI, features, or processes from a task anymore. I design through iteration + Ai.

This matters most in orgs used to old UI/processes that consumed a full workday. My redesign cuts it to ~20 minutes.
Sounds great on slides. Reality: docs, internal processes, habits, muscle memory. You’re not just changing UI — you’re changing behavior.
I accidentally fell into a hyperfocus wormhole and now I’m designing a polyglot alphabet art zine for the Lazy Language Club. It teaches nothing, breaks all rules, and is definitely not approved by linguistic authorities. Perfect.

Printed test samples to draw on them, use them like a notebook, to make next iteration. And printed 10 copies to send to Bucharest to a small bookstore that sells zines 🥳
