Does anyone know of a support group for bedbound/Bed living/Bed based folks? I keep going to support groups for my various diagnoses and also general Disability groups but not finding them useful anymore BC most people can do stuff I can‘t so the advice is not relevant

I've been reading a lot of social skills books meant for neurodivergent people recently and here is my summary of all of them:
Ask a trusted person about XYZ topic or try XYZ tip with someone you feel safe with.
If I had trusted/safe PPL in my life why TF would I be reading this
White activists switching to secure but inaccessible platforms like signal for book clubs etc. Reeks of self importance and security theatre. Y'all are bringing knives to a tank fight Unlikely to THWART surveillance state but effective at cutting out marginalized PPL from space

One of my favourite things about "leftist" therapists is the refusal of so many to engage with insurance to make Therapy financially accessible while engaging with the CARCERAL licensure system that turns them into cops(Mandatory reporters)

99%* of self-help books whether they're written from a mainstream or left leaning perspective assume PPL reading them have problems being assertive. I have yet to find a book addressing those of us who are assertive but not effective BC tone policing marginalized PPL. What then?
I need assertiveness tools that lead to effective interactions in terms of helping me meet my goals but without me having to invalidate my reality or tone Police myself. Where are the books for this? Not a rhetorical question. RECCS welcome.
