Master the piano in mixed reality. Simply Piano (@hellosimply) XR is coming to optical see-through XR glasses for the first time with XREAL AURA.
By combining precision hand tracking with Android XR, the app overlays digital guides directly onto your physical keyboard. Get AI-powered, real-time feedback as you play, seamlessly merging physical instruments with spatial computing. 🎹

I will give a shoutout here to @hellosimply and their Simply Piano app — which enabled my five-year-old son to teach himself to sight read and play, equipped with an old iPad and a $200 Casio keyboard.
Dramatically lowers the cost of learning to play. And now Dad is doing it, too.

Simply Piano app is the 4 yo’s latest obsession.
I helped her get started, but after a week or so she became independent.
Not getting 3 stars on a song annoys her so much that I’ve seen her practice 40 minutes across 3 sessions in a day to get the last star.
Well-executed, definitely worth the subscription.

Great music. Great design. You actually learn to read music, not just placement. AI-powered feedback. Play with or without a real piano. Oh, and it’s free!
There are plenty of piano learning apps in AR, but this one’s the best by far.
