When I talked to Gates in person, he said “experts tell me a long range electric semi truck is impossible”. However, when I asked what his assumptions were about battery energy density and vehicle energy consumption per mile, which are the two numbers needed to determine range, he did not know either number! I also offered to let him take one of our semi trucks for independent testing, but he declined. Not sure what more I could have done. 🤷‍♂️

One person used to smuggle huge amounts of silver coins from another country and hide them somewhere in India. He smuggled so many coins that the source country faced a severe shortage of them. It seems like he learned these skills at a very young age.

My father retired from @nerailwaygkp , and even after retirement, he still can’t get his phone number changed on the HR portal. Every time we’re told to go to this officer, then that officer, and the work still never gets done.

On top of that, we’ve even been asked for money/bribes to get basic work moving. What an absolutely pathetic system. Indian Railways seems to be stuck in 1995. @RailMinIndia
