I almost used MCP to rig and weight a character and sculpt facial morphs today but then I realized I knew how to just do it myself so I did it, and it took 30 minutes and it was somewhat enjoyable to use my brain to do a thing for a time and make a bunch of decisions.

Open to any freelancers in the motion design industry, in any role.
I’ve been hesitant to build this platform because I don’t know what rate transparency will do. I’m also not sure if anyone will be actually be willing to share their rate, but imposter syndrome seems to plague the motion design industry, so my gut is that many are undercharging. My hope is that this platform will help them realize the value of what they bring their clients.
p.s. the b-roll is from a college project when I was first starting out, seemed fitting.
