This is getting out of hand now with Europe, America, and tariffs. They now charge an extra €5 per order that you sell, leaving the UK for Europe: €3 per HS tariff and a €2 handling fee per HS tariff. That's ridiculous. What are you playing at, Europe, America, Royal Mail?
Got my Grokbot now working with a real UK phone number. Works well. Can now make phone calls on my behalf, or answer the phone and answer someone too.
Connected Grokbot to my Monzo account. It found a lot of over spending on needless items haha. Time to reign it in! Now it lets me know whenever something comes up.
Grokbot now fully manages my 3D print farm. I get an order on Shopify, my bot gets alerted, checks the details, assigns the job to a printer and away it goes. Now, if i get an order in the night, it's ready to dispatch by morning. F'kin amazing! The more I play with Grokbot, the better it is.
This is just amazing. Everybody's saying, "Why do we need flying cars?" We don't necessarily need to, but it's innovation. Also, imagine a use case where you could potentially be in a crash and there was no avoidance of it. Your car preempts that, thrusts into the air, and you escape with your life. Fantastic.
Biggest lesson running a company on Grokbot; don't let them poll. A plain script checks the inbox, checks stats etc and only wakes a bot when there's a real issue or improvement. Usage dropped massively.
Small win: a script reminds my bot to follow up on quotes at 3 and 7 days. The first quote turned into an order the same day. Boring automation makes money.
My one-person company now runs on bots 🤖
A CEO bot manages a bot for each business. They sleep until a script wakes them, when an email arrives or something breaks, whilst improving all of my sites, so usage stays tiny. Scripts do the checks, bots do the thinking, and I approve the spending.
It is great the use cases @poteto comes up with. Absolutely fantastic. But she is also not limited to the usage her bots can do. Come onto a consumer plan and see how far all of these travel before usage burns. Scalable for Lauren, not for everyone. When she does discuss these she also needs to trial them on pro, Super plans.

What have I even just witnessed. This is just wow. Not what I expected.
Gave Codex one prompt before I left the house to take my children swimming. Came back an hour and 30 minutes later, and it's still working on that same prompt. Wasn't a big prompt, nothing overcomplicated. Now I see what people mean when they say Codex takes forever. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Or just install wacli.sh/ which is a much cleaner option.
HOW TO CONNECT YOUR GROK @bot TO WHATSAPP
send this tweet to your Grok Bot so it can handle the setup for you:
1. have it open web.whatsapp. com on its computer.
2. have it choose “link with phone number” and enter the number it already has for you.
3. have it generate the linking code and show it to you.
4. on your phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device → Link with phone number instead. enter the code to approve the connection.
5. have it check that your chats load and confirm it's connected. your Grok Bot can now read messages and draft or send replies on WhatsApp.
once connected, you can have it:
> organize your chats
> flag messages you haven't replied to
> add plans to your connected calendar
> and remind you about things you said you'd do
so between WhatsApp, my email, and X DMs, my Grok Bot now has an absurd amount of actionable context on my life :)
