This is every part of GTM engineering in one 40-page guide, written by the guy who runs ours.
If you want to master GTM engineering, it's the best place you could start.
I'd have paid a lot for this when I was starting out, and he's giving it away free.
Want to master GTM engineering but don't know where to start?
I wrote up a free 40-page guide that takes you from zero to booking meetings on your own.
(It's built from the systems behind our 10M+ cold emails.)
What's inside:
> See what the role is and why postings grew 205%
> Learn the one number that tells you a campaign works
> Forecast your meetings before sending a single email
> Find your best buyers in deals you've already closed
> Size your whole market in 20 minutes for free
> Pick an offer from the band that books 30X more
> Avoid the 3 offers that never work cold
> Pull lists your competitors can't buy
> Cut a list down so 90%+ fits who you sell to
> Get 20-30% more emails off the same list
> Use the info@ addresses that beat paid data
> Spot when a company is ready to buy
> Set up 500 inboxes for $1,500 instead of $4,000
> Warm them for 15 days before anything sends
> Swap out a burned inbox in minutes
> Write emails with 6 structures we reuse everywhere
> Choose subject lines that won't get you filtered
> Copy our exact campaign settings
> Send one follow-up and put the rest into new people
> Fix a dead campaign in the right order
> Draft every email variant with AI
> Get positive replies to your rep in 30 seconds
> Answer 90% of replies with 5 templates
> Lift show rates from 20-30% to 70-80%
> Follow the full build behind 53 meetings in 50 days
> Learn it all in 90 days by shipping one campaign
> Build the 3 portfolio projects that get you hired
> Climb from SDR to $250k+
Comment "GTM" and I'll send you the guide.
(Must be following me so I can send it)

If you want to start writing, the greatest thing you can do is block off 1 hour every morning and stick to it. Absolutely no exposure to other opinions or distractions (social media, messages, phone). You need space for creative ideas and modern life is great at taking that from you.

I built a personal tutor for my son with the data set yesterday.
Because everything is linked in a graph it’s able to “learn” very quickly based on his interactions where he is overall and adjust itself.
I hope someone can extend the work to later grade levels!
In July we open-sourced a dynamic graph of everything a child learns in primary school. 1,590 concepts, 3,221 dependencies.
Now we’re turning every concept into interactive experiments kids can play and learn from.
First one, age 7: heat and water.
Everything that used to be a boring textbook can now be an engaging experience, potentially tailored to every child.
Kids education just got a massive upgrade.

if you're a product designer and you still don't have interactive case studies, what are you even doing? 👀
nah but fr w claude you can do anything, so create something that adds value and shows how you work to potential leads/agencies.
I've been procrastinating to do my case studies for months now, but I can proudly announce @blinktrade case is live now!!!

One of the best articles I read about fixing your dopamine-fried brain.
Highly recommend reading it.

I’m looking for an extraordinary book that is so compelling it leaves me wondering why I hadn't read it sooner. Any genre works; what would you recommend?

The brain is designed to learn through constant repetition and active, hands-on involvement. Through such practice and persistence, any skill can be mastered. Show up, put in the reps, and let neuroplasticity do the rest.

btw this guy is cooking something coool
Fuuuuuuuuck! I just did it! Now it will take just one prompt!
I don't have much to say, but I'm currently working on a project that I will release soon. It's basically an editor, fully cooked, with controls that make your video look sexy with Claude or your own "Expensive Hands".
You can work with lots of lotties and a lot of control points for power users. If you don't know layers, it can handle that too, with a very easy interface where you just chat.
I have analyzed a lot of trending launch videos and the reel-making process, as internally I produce a lot of creatives for Performance Marketing, and based on these two use cases, I decided to build a cracked software where I can go wild as a power user and create anything, or I can just chat and produce BANGER VIDEOS.
BTW, it runs in your browser. Yeah, it will use your GPU if you're working on some crazy effects, but for most users, I'm pretty sure it'll be a great, performant tool.
I'm dropping some sneak peeks from the project.
Love to have you in @adrianabelarde

One of the easiest ways to improve your content strategy in 2026 is to give every content format a specific job.
Your topic determines WHAT you say.
But the format determines HOW the idea is presented.
7 formats and what I use each for:
1. Google Doc screenshots: Qualified reach + followers
One of my best top-of-funnel vehicles. They package a useful idea into something people can understand quickly, save, send, and come back to. Great for getting the right strangers onto your account.
2. Snipes / quote + opinion posts: Distribution
Use these when there is already attention around a topic in your industry. You enter an existing conversation with your own point of view and borrow the attention pocket instead of creating one from zero.
3. Story listicles: Trust + audience growth
Stories give people context around how you think, while the listicle format keeps the lesson easy to consume. They work especially well when you want someone to follow you because they connect with both the idea and the person behind it.
4. Technical breakdowns: Expertise
These are for the people already paying attention. Break down the strategy, process, mistake, framework, or problem in enough depth that the right buyer thinks: “this person actually understands what I’m dealing with.”
5. Long-form articles: Nurture
Long-form gives you room to show the full thinking behind an idea. These usually won’t need your biggest reach numbers to work. The goal is giving someone enough reps with your thinking that trust starts compounding.
6. Case studies / client wins: Proof
Show the problem, what changed, and the business outcome. Revenue generated. Deals closed. Qualified leads created. A specific problem solved. Proof lets the reader understand what working with you can actually produce.
7. Promotion posts: Lead flow
This is where you give all that accumulated attention and trust somewhere to go. Make the offer clear.
Who it is for. What problem you solve. What they get. What they should do next.
The biggest mistake is expecting every post to generate reach, followers, trust, and leads at the same time.
Give each vehicle a job.
Then build the account so they work together:
attention → trust → proof → conversion.

I was inspired to start experimenting with AI this week and after some button mashing on Claude, I have made my first design tool that turns flat vector images into cross stitched patterns!
I know it's not that impressive, but for me this is a really big step
