He went on a spree assaulting women and streamed all of it. This is only one video. There is another. The woman is struck and runs around a car, trying to stay away from him until the person driving the car lets her inside of it. The rest of the videos have been deleted.
He was arrested and ALREADY RELEASED by the CPD.
My heart breaks for this poor woman. She was obviously on her way to see someone sick (given the balloon). The irony of what it says. She most likely has spinal or brain damage. A hit to the head like that from someone that size would potentially kill my wife. Her only mistake was waving and saying hello.

This man has 14 prior arrests, with insanely low bonds. Almost all of his priors are violent. Among them are assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats, assault on a female and violating a domestic violence order. He just took a plea deal in march, for which he served hardly any time. His sister has come forward, indicating that the family has begged them to keep him locked up for over a decade.
Enough is enough. We all know why this man was never properly put behind bars. We need to get woke judges the hell off the bench and charge them with at least some form of negligence when their repeated rulings lead to these kinds of incidents. Further, we need to reinstate 3 strikes and you're out. It worked.
And yes, this man is clearly schitzoid. Mental health is an absolute factor here but not the ONLY one. We need to re-fund and re-open facilities for the criminally insane. Absolutely. But, that only works if we actually incarcerate them in the first place. They should be released only when they are no longer a likely danger to innocent people.
Finally, point-blank -- the anti-white rhetoric needs to stop. White people are not bad, not inherently evil, and are not the source of all the world's problems or the main reason someone who is not white is unhappy with their life. Oppression exists. But, it is often ALSO being used as a scapegoat. YOU CAN TAKE ANY GOOD IDEA AND TWIST IT AND GO TOO FAR UNTIL IT BECOMES ITSELF TOXIC. I grew up with a schitzoid father. I know damn well, their delusions are formed by what they are bombarded with -- and his comments in all the videos make his racial motivations clear. This is a becoming a rising pattern that the mainstream media is suppressing because it doesn't fit the desired victim narrative.
Enough. I refuse to live in a society where this is excused, justified, or I am somehow expected to sympathize.

A new peer-reviewed paper claims that we must redefine sex, sexuality, and gender in order to "decolonize" health and "unsettl[e] Western biomedical norms" in service of the "LGBTQA+SB" community,
From what I can tell, a Sistergirl is just a man who takes on the role and identity of a woman, and a Brotherboy is a woman who takes on the role and identity of a man. Nothing too unique going on here.
The paper gives no specifics on how sex, sexuality, or gender should be redefined, but claims that "colonial influence manifests in data collection through adherence to a medical norm of male/female bodies."
So "male" and "female" seem to be on the chopping block.
The authors describe themselves as "a queer Yamatji person, a Wiradjuri trans fulla, a Wakka Wakka Brotherboy, a trans Ngarrindjeri man, a queer Gunditjmara woman and a trans Murri."

Ms. Edwards claims that I have never condemned the reports of violence, including sexual violence against women and girls on the 7th of October, and that I have hidden behind Israel’s refusal to grant me entry. Both these claims are incorrect. My statement outlining my engagement on and since the 7th October 2023 makes it clear that I have made several démarches to gain access to primary information, survivors, witnesses, and first responders. As I told the General Assembly on 8 October 2026, the first time a former hostage approached me was in June 2026 at the Human Rights Council. I have since met her and am handling her case under the established procedure open to every victim; where each step is subject to her full and informed consent.
Ms. Edwards also leaves out the fact that when she invited me to join her allegation letter relating to the events of 7th of October 2023, I reviewed it in good faith and made written suggestions on 3rd December 2023. In my feedback, I also asked to see the primary information and testimonies Ms. Edwards had received - a normal request between mandate holders. She declined without explanation, which was the first and only time I have been denied such a request during my mandate. Contrary to me, she did not invite me to any further engagement on Palestine and Israel after that, nor share any information on any related action she may have taken.
Statements such as these only serve the wider efforts to discredit rapporteurs, including rapporteurs that criticize Israel for its serious human rights violations. They serve to dismiss every UN finding of Israeli violations of human rights and international law as being biased against the State of Israel.
Ms. Edwards should understand this better than most. Since 2024, she herself was publicly accused of bias against Palestinian victims, and even endured calls for her dismissal.
Ms. Edwards knows all too well how stressful it is to have your impartiality questioned. Every one of us is doing our best for victims, whoever they are, and wherever they live. The current President of the Human Rights Council was emphatically clear that mandate holders must be able "to carry out their responsibilities free from personal attacks, intimidation or undue pressure." That included Ms. Edwards when she was a rapporteur but is also expected of her today in her current engagement with rapporteurs (since her resignation as a rapporteur).

The Calgary Opera has replaced Gabriel Sanchez-Ortega in its production of "Tosca" after he held up a Palestinian flag during the curtain call.
The opera takes place in Rome in the year 1800, when Jews were forced to live in Rome's ghetto and legally could not own property.
It's one thing to stage operas that erase Europe's horrific history of antisemitism.
It's another to use it for a contextless moment of "activism" for Palestine, with no mention of the destruction Hamas has caused to Israelis and Palestinians alike.
The theater made the right call.

In October 1942, during the height of the destruction of Polish Jewry, the Polish underground ordered Jan Karski to carry a report to the government-in-exile in London. Before he left, two Jewish leaders from the Warsaw ghetto met him. Their message was simple: “Our entire people will be destroyed.”
Karski decided he needed to see it himself. At enormous personal risk, he was smuggled into the Warsaw ghetto and later into the Izbica transit camp near Lublin, disguised among the guards. He watched starving children, naked corpses left in the streets, and Jews packed into freight cars for the killing centers. The images never left him. He became not only the courier of the Polish underground but the witness who insisted the free world hear what was happening to the Jews.
He reached London in November 1942 and briefed the Polish government-in-exile and British officials, including Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden. In July 1943, he met President Roosevelt in Washington and described what he had seen. Roosevelt listened, and then asked questions about other matters.
Karski later wrote that he had failed in his wartime mission. In 1981, he told American officers who had liberated the camps: “And thus I myself became a Jew … so have all the Jews who were slaughtered become my family. But I am a Christian Jew … My faith tells me the second original sin has been committed by humanity. This sin will haunt humanity to the end of time. And I want it to be so.”
Yad Vashem recognized him as Righteous Among the Nations in 1982, not because he saved individual Jews, but because he risked his life to enter the ghetto and a transit camp and carried their message to leaders of the free world. In 1994, Israel granted him honorary citizenship. He called it the proudest day of his life.
Karski had been a Polish diplomat and underground courier. After the war, he became a Georgetown professor. The silence that greeted his reports never stopped troubling him. He spent the rest of his life insisting that the world had known and had not acted in time.
