Veteran news anchor Jon Snow has shared that he’s living with dementia, speaking publicly for the first time to raise awareness of a condition affecting around 1 million people across the UK. Having liaised with the relevant authorities, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Manchester #MemoryWalk this year. Following the horrendous tragedy near Heaton Park on Thursday 2 October we do not think it is appropriate to hold the event.
