How strange, that I crave baking, now I'm NBM.
I remember smells of my childhood. Dads suprise pie, spam, egg & tomato. Mums scones, fruit & cheese, Victoria sandwich/chocolate cake, fairy cakes, rock cakes, bread, griddle scones, they were dads speciality warm with butter π

This man is just amazing, talk about selfless commitment. It is pissing down with rain, but off he goes, walking to work. He's 51Β½miles in at half way.
Great charity! No amount is too small, if you work add gift aid, it can all be done anonymously. TIA

Due to the venue closing, the Headcases Christmas party will not be happening this year. We are hopeful to have a new venue for future meetings in time for the next meeting in February.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year π₯³
A very poor show for tonight's meeting. Thanks to the 3 that turned up π. Disappointed at no show from any hospital support yet again π π

Know your units, know your limits.
There isnβt a completely safe amount of alcohol you can drink, but you are at lower risk of harm if you drink 14 units or less a week.
Tracking your units helps you stay in control.

Not the biggest of turnouts tonight at the Headcases monthly meeting, only 14. Nevertheless, it was a great meeting. Thank you to @JulieParryJP for the groups support tonight. It is very much appreciated, as for all the head and neck team that support us, on a regular basis. π«Άπ»
