Thank you Chris! We are really delighted too, a project literally on the doorstep if our office is very special to be involved with.

Awards provoke all kinds of odd feelings...but for the community of Jaywick, we're happy and proud. Thank you @RIBAJ! ribaj.com/buildings/macewen-…

It’s been a great Sunday for reading about architecture. This piece on Sunspot by @RowanMoore explores the context of the project as much as a description of @hatprojects’ work itself. Great for Jaywick Sands fans and the uninitiated alike! theguardian.com/artanddesign…
Thanks @RowanMoore for a really thoughtful piece about Sunspot, our recently opened project in Jaywick Sands. So glad to have the history and future of the community foregrounded. theguardian.com/artanddesign…
So happy our project for Lowestoft Town Hall has been confirmed as funded by the @HeritageFundUK today! A real team effort from client and design team...@MomentumStructE @MaxFordhamLLP and RGA with brilliant PM @SheilaMossKing. 🙌💥 Can't wait to get this built.
We are so excited to see this project opening with a wonderful community celebration that we've programmed. Come along!

1/2 Bit late in posting this, but we recently finished our first authority-wide Design Code – covering urban and rural areas across @greatyarmouthbc - and it is currently out for public consultation. We’d be really interested in thoughts from those of you working on...
2/2 authority-wide codes elsewhere – as there aren’t that many yet that have made it out into the public domain.
