Lanterns is one of the best superhero series I’ve ever seen. It’s a crime mystery and thriller with twists that genuinely remind me of True Detective. The atmosphere, pacing, and mystery make it feel like something far beyond a typical superhero show. Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan is one of the greatest casting choices ever made. Aaron Pierre as John Stewart is peak casting as well. The banters between them was hilarious yet brilliant. No wonder Lanterns has become one of the most-watched shows ever.
