It’s incredible how much wealth SF entrepreneurs have created and how little of it has gone toward building culture. Where are the great museums, new architecture, music venues, public spaces? Silicon Valley should aspire to leave behind more than ephemeral software.

When people say TLJ killed Star Wars they’re not talking about its reviews or box office, they mean how the world’s biggest crybabies complained so much about it that Disney panicked and pooped out TROS to try and appeal to them and it sucked so bad no one ended up happy.

I will never agree that TLJ killed Star Wars in any way. The movie received an A- rating on CinemaScore. It was well reveived among critics. TROS did not suffer a drop at the box office that would indicate a decline in interest in the trilogy after VIII. That's simply not true.
