The skull was taken to the local pub.
The locals used it as a communal ashtray.

Investigation began over illegal use of Flock cameras by one officer to help a friend sell psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana.
Search warrant for his phone looking for Flock camera data—later uncovered the separate racist text thread among officers.
6 officers have been suspended without pay pending Civil Service Board hearings.
Incident involved officers from at least 3 separate divisions of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department in North Carolina.
