@airindia BLR, twice: paid for 46kg, brought 37kg (27+10), forced to reshuffle 20 mins because one bag was 4kg over piece cap. Same weight on plane. Zero impact, max stress . Wanted to fly our national carrier. Genuinely sad. Moving to @etihad forever. @TataCompanies

I have somewhat changed my mental model since, to focus less on the depth of the problem and more on the "space for delight". It's fine if the customer can't articulate their needs. If tech can help create a 10x better experience for a huge number of customers, it may be enough.
