Sad to hear the news about tagabow's Douglas Dulgarian but it seems like he's taking his cancer diagnosis in stride. The band's GoFundMe is linked in this news piece, would encourage those who can to donate and/or share. pastemagazine.com/article/taโ€ฆ

Playing through the Sunn O))) rig with acoustic guitar. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿคฏ Huge thanks to the band and their incredible crew for being so generous and welcoming! Make sure to catch one of these shows if you can, a transcendent experience like no other. ๐Ÿ™โ™ฅ๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ธ: Stephen Oโ€™Malley

Iโ€™ve been meaning to listen to this one in full since @hardlybjorkingโ€™s post the other day. It just also happened to be the albumโ€™s 30th anniversary two days ago!

Same guy who is excited for that warbling goose doofus's concert film is probably just itching to clock out of their woman-coded email job to watch You Can See Everything at some shitty urban theater that has like 12 squeaky seats

Loveless is a pretty perfect album, but itโ€™s so familiar to me at this point. Meanwhile, mbvโ€™s self titled still feels futuristic, intangible, and impossible. Like it somehow wasnโ€™t made with human hands.

I donโ€™t know, and donโ€™t want to know the context here, as I plan to watch Twin Peaks and The Return someday, but since I heard it, I havenโ€™t been able to stop repeating โ€œFix your hearts, or die.โ€

Orcutt opening for Geese, Bill Frisell & Iris DeMent opening for Big Thiefโ€”seems like the current big draw acts & underground heroes are teaming up in a way we haven't seen since Neil Young & Sonic Youth tour. This is a good thing...I think?
