Po vojenské stránce je v NATO vše podrobně rozplánováni, ale na civilní úrovni je to jen na nás v Česku.
Čím dříve, tím lépe.
Nejdřív přijde pochopitelný emoční šok - přiznat si, že válku opravdu můžeme zažít.
Až pak začneme racionálně přemýšlet o konkrétních plánech, opatřeních a přípravách.
Když to neuděláme teď v době předválečné, tak úvod krize strávíme jako společnost v šoku, paralýze a zmatenosti.
O to větší lidské, finanční a materiální ztráty budeme mít.
