truth is some crazy high dimensional amorphous shape that can never be fully arrived at
you can get closer and more aligned to its direction, but even that’s not linear with time or progress
and it only gets more complex as you do
the most worthwhile endeavor
the jet-propelled car thing makes sense as a platform to iterate on for mars where there's no roads/infra so you have to jump up and down cliffs
two things I find almost universally cringe across all genres of music are vocals and solos
incredibly difficult to pull off additively
current gen AI can only hallucinate
whether or not its outputs align with reality
an image of a unicorn pooping feathers into space and "1+1=69"
vs
an image of the eiffel tower and "2+2=4"
same mechanism, no choice
even in self correction, even "grounded"
still useful but
figuring out how to walk and put food in your mouth was the hardest thing you'll ever do
you don't remember the immense struggle, but imagine doing it again today
whatever you're doing is not as fundamentally difficult as that
the problem is having language for reasons to quit
