Vitamin نقصه بيسوي neuropathy وزيادته كمات تسوي neuropathy ؟

الاجابه : Vitamin B6 ممكن يكون جزء من علاج الـneuropathy لو المريض عنده نقص حقيقي، وفي نفس الوقت التعرض الزائد له من المكملات ممكن يسبب Peripheral Neuropathy.

1 Unfair question.. One thing difficult to treat the condition Hypoxic with high AG met acidosis with anemia and lact A Hypoglycemia and multiple electrolyte imbalance Many things needed but as answer to the question : CRRT /HD

2 This pt will need : 1 Abc :from o2 till ventilation support +IVF +/- inotropes 2 correct life threatening electrolytes (sugar and ça) 3 prbcs transfusion 4 na bicarbonate 5 antibiotics And of course search and treat the cause of this

Hypoglycemia post ictal? Most probably had seizure D50 first Also hypocalcemia (so give calcium glucose IV ) Lactic acidosis even severe - usually clears it post ictal
