Same exact video, nearly 4x the views. Only thing that changed? Title + thumbnail. The video was already good enough… it just wasn’t packaged well. Most “dead” videos aren’t bad videos. They’re just poorly packaged. Go back and fix your best videos titles/thumbnails. That’s free views sitting there.
