Another exclusion. Another disruption. Another member of staff feeling overwhelmed. Disruptive behaviours don’t just affect classrooms, they ripple across whole school communities.
Our Wellbeing Apprenticeships train staff to understand the ‘why’ behind behaviour, so they can respond with strategies that de-escalate, connect, and re-engage pupils.
Find out how to equip yourself to support pupil wellbeing and SEMH — at little to no extra cost to your school.
If you're a teaching assistant looking to deepen your knowledge of SEMH, click here: eu1.hubs.ly/H0np0lj0
If you're in a position to embed changes on a wider scale, explore our Wellbeing Leadership apprenticeship here: eu1.hubs.ly/H0nn-vR0

It is often perceived that Relational Practice equates to low expectations and an overly lenient approach. However, we assert that the essence of Relational Practice lies in upholding high expectations for students while simultaneously providing high levels of support.💫
