Arc’s failure is as a result of
- extreme corporate-level gate keeping in a supposedly decentralized ecosystem.
- backing the wrong set of builders
- little or no incentive for builders and traders

最近可能很多投资者都在Arc生态上被深度套牢 例如 头部的 $ARGUS $COOL $Tolly , 更被有些项目Rug 损失惨重，如 $FUCI, $MURMUR 等，同时Arc生态的超过1m MC得不到 5个，导致社区信心严重丧失，开发者离开，不断的进入到 死亡螺旋，但是Arc 毕竟是唯一一个USDC 作为gas 的L1, 如果你正在投资Arc，可以看看 Arc founder @jerallaire 光头哥的 ai16z的专访
Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire 和 Chris Dixon 聊了将近 50 分钟，核心在讲 USDC 稳定币之后会是什么，以及当软件自己开始用钱的时候，基础设施得长什么样。
Allaire 从 Circle 怎么起步讲起。他说他们 2012、2013 年就觉得区块链是新型计算机，适合做需要可信交易的东西，一开始想做的是互联网上的美元协议，不是笼统的加密货币。
早期想在比特币上加可编程能力没成功，后来转到以太坊，才有了 USDC。到 2020、2021 年发现现有链撑不住大规模应用，以太坊贵又慢，就跟 Solana 和其他链合作，让 USDC 尽量哪里都能用。
但大概两年半前情况变了，机构开始认真考虑用区块链做真实的钱和证券，监管也要求这些链得符合金融基础设施标准，同时他们越来越清楚未来主要用户会是机器，所以才决定自己从零做 Arc。
#Arc 的设计他们讲得比较清楚。链本身公开、无许可、开源，谁都可以部署。但跑验证节点的机构是已知的、经过筛选的，得满足运营、安全、合规标准，这样能做到很快的确定性最终性，真实资金和合同才敢往上放。
他还强调这种东西要想做到互联网规模，必须有地缘多样性，不能只是美国项目。
聊到护城河的时候也比较直接。
AI 让写软件变容易了，传统机构也在搞自己的稳定币，靠什么守？Allaire 说主要是 USDC 的网络效应和流动性飞轮，每季度铸造赎回大概 1500 亿美元，接进了全球银行和主流交易所。
还有 CCTP 这个跨链协议，现在跨链价值转移里占的比例不低，在 Arc 上发的资产也能用它走。另外还有给他们金融机构做的支付网络。他承认稳定币市场大概率是赢家通吃大部分，不是一家独大，现在还很早，谁也没有真正立住不可撼动的护城河。
他们还拿移动互联网早期做类比，说现在的区块链网络有点像 15 到 20 年前那些各种系统和手机，投了很多钱，体验一般，只有早期用户在用，真正主流化还在后面。后面很大一块在聊 AI。双方都觉得未来主要用户会是机器，agent 会自己赚钱、花钱、雇别的 agent 或者人，这需要实时结算、权限管理和争议解决。
Allaire 举了个例子，已经有项目在做 AI 工作的自动化仲裁，从 AI 仲裁员到人类仲裁员，带质押和安全模型。他还提到 Arc 上一个叫 Flybrain 的实验，把果蝇大脑的真实神经计算规则转成字节码跑在链上，让这些果蝇大脑在环境里进化互动，还带经济激励，用户用 USDC 就能参与。他自己说也不完全懂，可能就是实验甚至骗局，但至少说明 AI、链和经济激励叠在一起，能生出很不一样的东西。
五年后会怎么样，他说没人能准确预测，因为 AI 加速太快，超出人类能理性想象的范围。但他觉得大量创意工作、认知工作和价值交换会主要由 AI 机器完成，经济活动的速度、价值交换的速度会呈数量级增长。Chris 补充说互联网参与者的大多数会是机器，这些机器天然会带经济组件。

The mobile client will allow operators to monitor open positions, oversee autonomous agent states, receive real-time SEC filing alerts, and approve confirm-mode trade proposals on the go.
2. Institutional MPC & Custody: Sisera is implementing Multi-Party Computation (MPC) signing and hardware-backed key delegation to support institutional trading desks requiring segregated signer roles and organizational approval workflows.
