Ressource Management. The picture below is one of the last slides of my @hack_lu presentation. You would not believe how many people approached me during the day after the talk and shared their stories with me. - I heard from people forced by their managers to work three weeks in a row and denied the right to take a day off. - I heard stories from people whose managers put so much pressure on them that they cannot sleep anymore. - Teams that are understaffed, but the client size with contracts gets bigger and bigger, and the doubts of a "cluster risk" are unheard of by management. I could keep on going. I would love to hear your story (write me a DM). I might create a talk solely about this topic, so that's why I'm thinking about collecting as many cases from our industry as possible - to make a change in the end.
