Great day at the yard at Cal Poly. Outstanding camp and a lot of guys that did a really good job. Fantastic Talk by Coach Lee and staff. We want to thank the whole staff for hosting us. Very successful. @NorCalBaseball @angryg12 @JasonNovi

BEWARE! August and September are what I call poaching season. That’s when “National” programs who have franchises, usually from Texas and the South, start trying to steal everybody’s best players by buying them. That’s because they can’t develop them themselves! It’s unfortunate that our great game has come to that- yet here we are. Our philosophy is if somebody wants to get bought and that’s what’s important to them then they are not what we want in our program. They are not #OKG. The front of our new shirt coming out reflects the landscape. @NorCalBaseball @prepbaseball @PerfectGameUSA @vtoolbseball @jaegersports @nextlevelbb @Danielle138252

We’re trying to coach them up in all phases. You will be a person a lot longer than a baseball player. This is special with the boys doing this on their own volition. @NorCalBaseball

This was 13 years ago at twin creeks. Most physical middle school team I’ve ever seen. 6+ guys over 6’ tall. They destroyed teams. In the end, smallest guy on the team at 5‘3“, Darren Baker, was the only guy to play in the MLB. Moral of story- doesn’t matter what you do at 14.
