Now, on October 9, the ATF has issued official guidance extending the impact to everyone in free states. That means big changes for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs in states where they’re permitted. Under the new federal guidance, covered items can move forward without a Form 1 or Form 4. SBRs and SBSs can also transfer on a Form 4473 where permitted. We’re proud of what this lawsuit has accomplished, grateful to everyone who helped make it happen
