Nice article. - the easy logic of fluid in fluid out, doesn’t hold water! Obviously individual cases may justify but as a blanket recommendation, not worth the distress.

It seems a long time since fish-oil supplementation was mainstream thinking. Maybe we need to start re-evaluating in other areas?
