So apparently @checkersrallys can't get email addresses correct. I've had to call them four times now about an issue that started on January 9, and the last two times they've botched my email address in a different fashion.

Interesting that I've got people now advocating harassment of me because they want my Twitter handle...

To be clear...@comcastcares is claiming that since the credit was used against a charge that should not have occurred in the first place, they don't have to honour it. That is the theft.
