Someone opened a support ticket today asking if Slides are supported in Figma. I didn't know about the feature, but fortunately, making it work was as easy as turning Slides on as a feature. It should work for you the next time you try it out.
GuideGuide is 50% off for Black Friday. It's already kinda pay-what-you-want so you're basically stealing from me.

Is ProductHunt still relevant? Probably the first non-AI launch they’ve seen in ages.

Guess what? GuideGuide for #aftereffects.

Guess what. I actually did it! GuideGuide for After Effects is on its way. You can try it out in beta now: guideguide.me/beta
I've decided to discontinue the Sketch version of GuideGuide. They’ve abandoned their plugin infrastructure and I don’t have enough Sketch users to make keeping it functioning worth the trouble.

It just occurred to me that I never posted a main feed update on the August ‘24 payment provider issue. It resolved after a month of payment down time/giving away free licenses. All has been well with the service since then.

In illustrator you could use GuideGuide to generate a grid, unlock and select the guides, then transform it to be isometric. You can Google instructions for the right combo of skew/scale to do it. However there won’t be any isometric perspective related snapping.

Unfortunately no. GuideGuide uses the built in grid apis for each app and none support such a thing.

Don't worry, well get it sorted.
Looks like you've sent two previous emails, which I replied to both times.
I just replied again. I'm letting you know here, in case something is preventing you from receiving the responses.

Please message me at guideguide.me/support. I'll get you hooked back up
Note that this doesn't affect the GuideGuide product/service or customers. It's an attack on my payment provider and isn't something GuideGuide customers should be concerned about, beyond preventing new purchases.
Here's a fun graph of my "new customers" this week.
Status update: Turns out someone has been using my store to make (and cancel) legitimate purchases to test stolen credit cards. @FastSpring (while never notifying me 🙄) has reasonably been shutting the store off to mitigate the problem.
Status update: The store is offline again. @FastSpring has deactivated and reactivated my store four times now — all without a single message explaining what is happening.
Status update: The store appears to be back online, though I have not yet received any message from FastSpring giving me any indication things have been resolved. In fact, I receive a second "You've been deactivated" message. I've got my fingers crossed things are ok for now.
Please note, this issue does not affect current customers. It just prevents people from signing up for GuideGuide. Please use the license key in the previous message if you'd like to try GuideGuide on the house for a nonspecific amount of time.
It appears @FastSpring deactivated my store without warning, so it currently isn't possible to buy GuideGuide. While I wait 1-3 business days for a response🤦🏻♂️, let's make the best of the situation.
Anyone can use the license key 1234-1234-1234-1234-1234 until this gets resolved.
GuideGuide in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign just got a new setting: Guide Mode. Pick whether to use page/artboard guides or canvas/spread guides.

If you've been annoyed with artboard locked guides in Illustrator, you're going to be thankful for this.
Figma's plugin playground files are pretty cool. For this launch I used mine as the template for a screencast about how GuideGuide works.
