The Pentagon is delaying the delivery of Patriot missiles to Ukraine—missiles that have already been paid for by allies, reports *The Kyiv Independent*.
A shipment of missiles, fully funded by Ukraine’s allies (including through NATO mechanisms), is awaiting Hegseth’s signature; however, the Pentagon chief is deliberately blocking the process.
The Ukrainian leadership views this decision as another form of political pressure from Washington.

JUST IN: The Pentagon is sending the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit to the Middle East, adding roughly 10,000 sailors and Marines to the region by the end of November, according to Fox News.
The Roosevelt will be the third U.S. aircraft carrier in the region, joining the USS George H.W. Bush and USS George Washington.
